Phillip Pryke - Partner

Phil is an experienced director and financial advisor and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. He is Deputy Chairman of Contact Energy, New Zealand’s largest energy utility, and was Chairman of Contact from 1995-2004. Phil is a Director of Goodman (NZ) Limited, a Director of Tru-Test Limited, Chairman of DPG Limited and an Independent Director of Goodman Group. He has chaired or been a director of many companies in Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining Co-Investor, Phil ran EDS Asia Pacific. A former investment banker, he has broad experience across a number of industries including utilities, IT, telecoms and the primary sector. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney.
